Payment method<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1813\">Payment terms will be informed at the time of booking and may include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1899\"><li data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1841\"><p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1841\">Advance payment or deposit<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1899\"><p data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1899\">Payment of the remaining amount before or during the stay<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1969\">The accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance to the customer.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"1974\"><h2 data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2009\"><strong data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2009\">5. Rules of use of the accommodation<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2693\">The customer agrees to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2856\"><li data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2758\"><p data-start=\"2696\" data-end=\"2758\">Make responsible use of the accommodation and its facilities<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2759\" data-end=\"2802\"><p data-start=\"2761\" data-end=\"2802\">Respect the maximum authorized capacity<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2856\"><p data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2856\">Maintain order and coexistence with the environment<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2968\">Parties or activities that may cause nuisance are not allowed, unless expressly authorised.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"2973\"><h2 data-start=\"2975\" data-end=\"3012\"><strong data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3012\">8. Customer Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3045\">The client will be responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3046\" data-end=\"3169\"><li data-start=\"3046\" data-end=\"3106\"><p data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3106\">Damage caused by improper use of the accommodation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3169\"><p data-start=\"3109\" data-end=\"3169\">Compliance with the internal rules of the establishment<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3269\">The owner is not responsible for personal belongings forgotten or lost during the stay.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3274\"><h2 data-start=\"3276\" data-end=\"3294\"><strong data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"3294\">9. Animals<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3296\" data-end=\"3422\"><em>Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs)<\/em><\/p><hr data-start=\"3424\" data-end=\"3427\"><h2 data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3464\"><strong data-start=\"3432\" data-end=\"3464\">10. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3466\" data-end=\"3758\">In accordance with the provisions of <strong data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3558\">Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal <strong data-start=\"3588\" data-end=\"3609\">will not be applicable<\/strong> to accommodation services for purposes other than that of serving as housing, when they provide for a specific date or period of execution.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3760\" data-end=\"3763\"><h2 data-start=\"3765\" data-end=\"3797\"><strong data-start=\"3768\" data-end=\"3797\">11.
