The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the customer receives express confirmation from the owner and, where appropriate, has made the corresponding payment or deposit.
The prices indicated:
They are expressed in euros (€)
Includes legally applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated
They may vary depending on the season, number of people or length of stay
The holder reserves the right to modify the prices, always guaranteeing the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment terms will be informed at the time of booking and may include:
Advance payment or deposit
Payment of the remaining amount before or during the stay
The accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance to the customer.
Cancellation conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
If no specific conditions are indicated, the current regulations on tourism will apply.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing via the indicated email.
Check-in time: from the time indicated on the booking confirmation
Check-out time: before the time indicated on the day of departure
Failure to comply with the schedules may entail additional charges, after notifying the customer.
The customer agrees to:
Make responsible use of the accommodation and its facilities
Respect the maximum authorized capacity
Maintain order and coexistence with the environment
Parties or activities that may cause nuisance are not allowed, unless expressly authorised.
The client will be responsible for:
Damage caused by improper use of the accommodation
Compliance with the internal rules of the establishment
The owner is not responsible for personal belongings forgotten or lost during the stay.
Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs)
In accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to accommodation services for purposes other than that of serving as housing, when they provide for a specific date or period of execution.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by current Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the owner, unless otherwise provided by law.
By making a reservation, you expressly accept these Booking and Contracting Conditions.
